Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe at all times to prevent accidents.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for weighing packages and counting stock.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
