Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and retrieval using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy while meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and order pickers following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with Amazon's 5S standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety procedures and report equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate warehouse machinery
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
