Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment using automated systems and handheld scanners
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and audits
- Optimize warehouse operations by adhering to safety protocols and lean methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA certification
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization feedback
- Maintain 5S compliance for workspace organization and efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn proprietary software systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
