Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packaging equipment (tapers, sealers, scales)
- Verify order contents against packing slips
- Maintain clean, organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
