Responsibilities
- Execute precise order fulfillment through advanced scanning systems and automated workflows
- Optimize inventory accuracy using RF scanning technology and cycle counting protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) with OSHA-certified safety standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance warehouse efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations during peak seasonal demand periods
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven feedback
- Maintain strict compliance with Amazon's quality assurance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with demonstrated performance metrics
- Valid OSHA PIT certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail orientation
- Flexibility to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and inventory management proficiency
