Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders using advanced warehouse technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts per Amazon's rigorous standards
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid state-issued driver's license or government-issued ID
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume settings
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility
