Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff daily, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory control and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety records
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs (cycle time, accuracy, productivity) and implement corrective actions
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS systems and automation equipment
- Conduct weekly safety audits and process improvement meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Valid Indiana driver's license
