Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks) with precision and safety protocols
- Process inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment to maximize efficiency
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and Amazon's quality assurance guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
