Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years in warehouse/packing or remote inventory management
- Proficiency with digital inventory systems (e.g., ShipStation, Oracle)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally during on-site visits
- Strong time management and self-direction abilities
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for occasional warehouse visits)
