Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, scan, and sort inventory in state-of-the-art facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for timely shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and quality control standards
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
