Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet Amazon's 5S standards
- Collaborate in teams to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory movements in real-time
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
