Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management software to locate inventory.
- Operate provided warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and legally.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is kept clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
- Load and unload freight trucks to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
