Responsibilities
- Manage inventory flow with precision using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain strict safety protocols while handling high-volume shipments
- Optimize order fulfillment through efficient packing and sorting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily performance metrics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid PIT certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn RF scanning systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
