Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) to efficiently move inventory
- Process orders with 99.9% accuracy in fast-paced picking/packing stations
- Conduct quality checks and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and Amazon's rigorous standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
