Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and lead team of 10+ warehouse associates on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain accuracy and minimize losses
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage performance metrics and report on operational KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with equipment handling
- Forklift certification and familiarity with warehouse machinery
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
