Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature zones (-10°F to 45°F) for perishable inventory
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated warehouses
- Inspect and document product quality using digital scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional inventory rotations
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration units
- Train new hires on cold storage procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Basic inventory management software proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid Florida driver's license
