Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and picking lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to 4510 Navigation Blvd
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
