Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) in -10°F to 30°F environments
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels using digital monitoring systems
- Inspect and rotate perishable inventory using FIFO methods
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP compliant)
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
