Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Inventory management using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Train junior operators on safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Forklift certifications (Sit-down/Stand-up/Reach Truck preferred)
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
