Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
- Inspect products for damage and accuracy before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
