Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in warehouse environments
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain impeccable safety standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Optimize loading/unloading processes for maximum efficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory movements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- Experience in high-volume distribution centers preferred
