Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using efficient techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shifts
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
