Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Perform inventory management and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency and safety
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current and up-to-date)
- 3+ years of experience in industrial forklift operation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems and inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
