Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload materials from trailers and racks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock rotation according to FIFO protocols.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for inventory tracking.
