Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse settings
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and efficiency
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping processes as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
