Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Accurately manage inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA certification and current forklift license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Experience with RF scanners/WMS systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
