Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment with zero-error accuracy
- Maintain detailed equipment logs and perform daily safety inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material handling workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train junior staff on advanced equipment operation techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience in warehouse/logistics settings
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current operator's license
- Demonstrated expertise with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied climate conditions
- Exceptional spatial awareness and depth perception
- Strong problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
