Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport raw materials and finished products
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized storage systems with FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
