Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and audits
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Parkway, Richmond, VA
- No prior warehouse experience necessary (training provided)
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts (4:00 AM - 12:30 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
- Valid government-issued photo ID (no background check required)
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen
