Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage materials using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Train new hires on material handling best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred experience with automated inventory systems
