Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment to transport materials
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Maintain precise documentation of material movements and inventory levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety standards
- Implement lean warehouse practices to minimize waste and improve throughput
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
