Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero-error tolerance
- Perform cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records in WMS systems
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to optimize warehouse flow
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Support outbound loading and trailer preparation for morning dispatch
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- RF scanner/WMS system experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
