Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently, including automated systems
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity and correct shipping materials
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to optimize workflow and safety
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies consistently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or order packing environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
