Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment with zero-error accuracy
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity before dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities
- Train new packers on best practices and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/packing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
