Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using barcode scanning technology
- Operate packing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized staging areas and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or order packing role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required
