Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Operate automated packing machinery with precision and safety protocols
- Inspect products for damage and accuracy before packaging
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and process improvements to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or order fulfillment role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent required
