Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Optimize packing procedures to minimize material waste and shipping costs
- Train new packers on quality control protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (e.g., hazmat handling)
