Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed while maintaining 99.9% accuracy
- Operate automated packing systems and material handling equipment
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging integrity
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S methodology
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows
- Participate in monthly safety training and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or packing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
- Valid Texas Driver's License preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
