Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and inventory of provided machinery
- Implement and enforce OSHA compliance and warehouse safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with transportation and inventory control teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment oversight
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse machinery
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven leadership skills with staff development experience
- Ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
