Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders using advanced scanning systems and quality control protocols
- Operate automated packing equipment and optimize material usage for maximum efficiency
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in our WMS system to prevent discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Implement 5S methodologies to ensure workstation organization and safety compliance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing process optimization
- Train new team members on packing standards and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume order packing experience in warehouse/distribution environments
- Proficiency with WMS systems and automated packing technologies (e.g., conveyors, scanners)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in order fulfillment
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and dimensional calculations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
