Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, labelers, etc.) efficiently and safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records and scanning systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Support warehouse operations as needed during peak periods
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in warehouse/packing operations preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
