Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate packing machinery (stretch wrappers, pallet jacks)
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in WMS system
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely departures
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/packing experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Forklift certification preferred
- Proficient with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
