Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport goods.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure equipment is in safe working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping floors and organizing storage aisles.
- Accurately verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and inventory logs.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification through our paid training program.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required for inventory management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this full-time role.
