Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Inspect all products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and verifying shipments for accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
