As a key member of our fulfillment center, you will ensure that every customer receives their order accurately and on time, supporting our commitment to excellence in the Pacific Northwest market.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging meets safety and presentation requirements.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices to verify inventory and ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve packing discrepancies.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic warehouse software is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check.
