Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are free of damage before packaging.
- Utilize handheld scanners and RF guns to update inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including packing stations and aisles.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
