Your Role
As a Warehouse Picker, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. You will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory counts and order fulfillment to minimize returns.
- Ensure all packaged items are securely wrapped and labeled for safe transit.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and throughput targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
