Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing machinery (e.g., shrink wrappers, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error packing accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
