Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Operate automated packaging machinery and inventory systems
- Maintain organized warehouse space and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Conduct quality checks to prevent shipping errors and damage
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
