Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits with RF scanners in climate-controlled zones
- Operate cold storage equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Coordinate with quality control team on product rotation
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 6+ months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in cold conditions
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
